Day 1: Arrive in Recife
Arrival at Recife airport and transfer to hotel. Overnight in your selected hotel.

Capital of the state of Pernambuco in the Northeast, Recife is known as the "Brazilian Venice" due to its many channels, waterways and innumerable bridges that resemble the famous Venice of Italy. It is the major entry point to the Northeast, with regular flights to all major cities in Brazil as well as European cities such as Lisbon, London and Frankfurt. The city has an excellent culinary scene serving delicious international cuisine as well as succulent fish dishes typical of the region. Fresh coconut water is found on almost every corner. Close to the capital is Piedade Beach and traveling further away lie the untouched beaches of Tamandare, Sao Jose da Coroa Grande, Maria Farinha and Porto de Galinhas. The sun shines brighter in Recife than anywhere else in Brazil its beaches are undoubtedly among the loveliest in the Northeast.

Day 2: Recife - Porto de Galinhas - Olinda

Panoramic tour passing by Boa Viagem beach, the center with its colonial districts, its old churches, its rivers and bridges. In Olinda, the "Humanity Cultural Monument" (tkt not included) with its convents, narrow streets and colorful houses. From "Alto da Sé" you have the most beautiful view of Recife, its islands and deep blue water. Optional Lunch. Duration: 4 h.

Day 3: Porto de Galinhas
Breakfast. Free day to relax or explore the area on your own. Overnight in your selected hotel. B

Once you understand the origin of the name you will understand why it is a part of Brazil history. In the past, Porto de Galinhas was formerly used as a slave landing port. Nowadays, it is a fishing village only 2.5 Km away from the hotel. A place that has kept its characteristic rustic fishermen architecture, but also attractive bars, refined restaurants, great nightclubs and fantastic natural pools made up of millenary reefs and water temperatures averaging 25 °C. Porto de Galinhas offers its visitors a diversified leisure structure and trip facility to meet the needs of different types of clients. Water sports, trails, flying, trips to other locations, walks, and much more, all including the availability of specific material that can be rented for the different activities.

Day 4: Porto de Galinhas - Maragogi

Maragogi attracts visitors from Maceió and Recife it is a region with fine beaches surrounded by coconut trees and sunny weather all the year round. It offers calm-wave beaches, coral reefs and a huge natural pool known as Gales. Maragogi was initially a small village called Gamela. it was named as Maragogi after the river that baths the city. “Maragogi”, according to some historians, comes from “Marahub-gy”, or river of the Marauba tribes.

Day 5: Porto de Galinhas - Carneiros
Breakfast. Full day Carneiros beach. Overnight in your selected hotel. B

At just 90 km south of Recife, Carneiros is one of the locals favorite water sport beaches. These calm, shallow waters are ideal for swimming and diving. Its broad sand beaches make Carneiros perfect for playing and sunbathing. The dense coconut groves surrounding Carneiros make it a beautiful representative of Northeast Brazilian beaches.

Day 6: Porto de Galinhas - Fly out from Recife
