Mauricio, All in all we had a wonderful time. Chateau Caribbean provided an ambiance that we expected. Since it was an old ex-hospital we didn't expect great water pressure and we weren't disappointed. For the most part, the bug population was as expected, some ants, and occasional baby roach. It's an old building, so that's actually pretty impressive.

Would we stay there again? Absolutely. The people were wonderful! The car rental went smoothly as well. We are already looking forward to planning another trip there. Thanks so much for your help. My daughter enjoyed her 30th birthday! It was an experience that she will never forget. Warmly, Connie

Mauricio- We had a GREAT time with Melvin and the driver (I forget his name!!) Melvin is funny and entertaining and a wealth of knowledge about Costa Rica!! I would do it again and recommend this to anyone I know visiting Costa Rica. Thanks for a great time! Kathleen Burns.

Mauricio- Hello! Just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time that we had! Costa Rica is a beautiful country filled with so many animals, flowers, trees , and beautiful volcanos. We really took advantage of our time there to see the land.

We took tours almost everyday and wish that we could have stayed even longer. The autobus drivers were always there at the stated time and were alot of fun to talk to. They would point out the local stuff and any towns or landmarks to us. It was like they were tour guides as well. They did an excellent job and were friendly and fun as well. Each one of our hotels was aware of our booking upon arrival and every check in and out was smooth. We loved all of the hotels, especially Arenal Kioro. They were all uniquely beautiful and had different tours and amenities available.

We were very happy with all of the work you did to make our "luna de miel" a wonderful and probably our favorite vacation ever! We will be recommending your website to any of our friends who want a fun filled vacation in Central America.If we decide to go back for an anniversary, we will be definately using your services. Sandra, The trip went very well thank you. Everything went to plan, just like clockwork! Diamante is a lovely ship with helpful friendly crew. We also had an excellent naturalist guide. 

Hotels in Ecuador were also excellent, with friendly efficient service.Local guides in Ecuador very good, particularly Edison Landeta.The Cuenca excursion was very good but would have been better with an extra day - we were struggling to fit in everything we wanted to see and could easily have filled another day. The only bad part of the trip was the bit I organised myself :-) - the Iberia flight. If anyone asks you for advice, I wouldn't recommend Iberia! Thanks for organising everything so efficiently. Sandra, I wanted to tell you how happy we were with our entire Peru experience. My daughter and I felt very spoiled in that every need was met. We were greeted at every stop exactly when our itinerary said we would be met. The guides were fantastic and the sites we visited were amazing. The food was outstanding and with the exception of one hotel, they were all breathtaking (the Cusco accommodations were not that great). Because of your attention and recommendations, Peru is now one of our favorite spots. I hope to visit again, this time taking my son to the coast. Sandra, Here is a brief review of our trip: Quasar reps met us at the Quito airport and accompanied us on the flight to Baltra. The charter on Icaro was fine except that it was rescheduled to be one hour later. We were called at our hotel to tell us just before we got on the shuttle to the airport.

Quasar reps retrieved our baggage from the carousel in Baltra and transported it directly to our cabin. This was much appreciated. Our cabin on Evolution was on the small side (as we expected) but the bathroom was bigger than any we ever had on a 5 star cruise ship! The shower was excellent.

All of the crew were competent and friendly. The two naturalist guides were outstanding. The food greatly exceeded our expectations for quality, presentation and variety. The several common areas on Evolution are large and comfortable. Even though all rooms were occupied there was plenty of room for everyone. The hot-tub is a welcome spot after snorkelling.

The excursions will well organized and varied with two choices offered on some days. Many of the people on the trip got very dressed up for dinner and no one wore shorts after the first night. We based our packing on various guidebooks which indicated shorts for all meals.

Some of the other passengers were similarly unprepared. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we appreciate getting the opportunity to partake of the special rate offered to us by Latin Discover. Regards, Barry S.
